Terms of service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for our services: if you hire Kecomsoft, that relationship is governed by the agreement we both sign, and where the two say different things, the signed agreement wins.

Who runs this site

Kecomsoft, a dedicated customer operations and staffing company serving clients in the United States and worldwide. Kecomsoft is the service brand of a parent group, which is why our contact addresses are on a different domain from this site. You can reach us at sales@gr340.com.

Using the site

Read it, share it, quote it, send us a message. What we ask you not to do is narrow:

  • Do not use the forms to send anything unlawful, or anyone else’s personal information without their say-so.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get into parts of the site that are not published.
  • Do not scrape it to build a competing service or a marketing list.

The prices on this site are information, not an offer

The hourly rates we publish are real and they are what we charge, but a published rate is not a binding quote: what you end up paying depends on the size of the team, the hours and what the work actually involves, and it is set out in a written proposal.

What is ours

The texts, the design, the logo and the name are ours. Quoting us with a link is fine and we would rather you did. Copying the site wholesale, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not, is not.

Links to other sites

When we link somewhere else, we are pointing at it, not vouching for it. What happens on the other side is governed by that site’s own terms.

What we do not promise about the site itself

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be up at every moment or free of every error. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. Nothing on this page limits what we commit to in a signed services agreement — those commitments stand on their own.

If you become a client

Everything that matters — scope, hours, coverage, price, how data is handled, who is responsible for what — goes into the services agreement, in writing, before anyone starts working. If your compliance team needs to be on that conversation, bring them to the first call rather than the last.

Governing law, and changes

The use of this website is governed by applicable laws where Kecomsoft operates. A signed services agreement may name a different jurisdiction for the service itself, and if it does, that one governs the service. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when we last did.
