HR support

Recruiting, onboarding and the people admin that never fits in the day.

The problem

Hiring is the one process where a delay costs twice: the role stays open and the best candidate takes another offer. But sourcing, screening, onboarding and the paperwork behind them rarely fit inside anyone’s actual job.

How it works

How your team gets built

The same three steps for every engagement. You keep control of quality throughout.

  1. 01

    We map the work

Volumes, channels, tooling and what good looks like. No guesswork on scope.

  2. 02

    We staff and train

We recruit against your profile and train on your product, not on a generic script.

  3. 03

    We run and report

Daily queues, weekly quality reviews and a monthly report you can take to your board.

Security and compliance

What we commit to

Not projections. Commitments we write into the agreement.

A recruiter dedicated to your account. Never shared with another client, never rotated without telling you.

We work inside your applicant tracking system and never build a private database of the people who applied to you. The only thing on our side is the screening notes, and they are deleted when the account closes.

Every candidate who speaks to us gets a closing answer, within the window we agree with you. Nobody is left waiting on a reply that never comes.

Coverage windows agreed in writing, against a holiday calendar we both sign off before we start. Our local holidays are on it, so there are no closures you did not see coming.

Questions

Common questions

HR support
Do you replace our recruiter or work alongside one?

Either. If you have someone in-house, we take the volume off them — the sourcing, the screening calls, the scheduling — so their time goes to the final rounds. If you do not, we run the process up to the shortlist and you take it from there.

Do you make the hiring decision?

No, and we would not want to. We take the process as far as a shortlist and a scheduled interview; the decision and the offer are yours. We can run the reference checks once you have decided.

What happens to candidate data?

It stays in your systems. We work inside your tracking software instead of keeping a parallel spreadsheet, so when a candidate asks to be deleted there is one place to do it. We do not reuse your candidates for another client, and the screening notes on our side go when the account does.

Who is the employer of record?

You are, and that matters more than it sounds. Hiring decisions, equal-opportunity obligations and anything that falls under background-check rules stay with you as the employer — we run the process, not the liability. Bring your employment counsel to the first call: the specific limits go into the agreement, not onto a web page.

Send us your volumes and channels. We will come back with a staffing plan and a number, not a brochure.
