Back office

Order processing, data entry, claims and the quiet work that clogs your team.

The problem

The work nobody demos: order entry, claims, reconciliation, data cleanup. It does not scale with the headcount you actually want to hire, it is the first thing to slip when the team gets busy, and the errors surface weeks later in finance.

What we cover

Take the whole function or just the queues that hurt. You decide the scope.

How it works

How your team gets built

The same three steps for every engagement. You keep control of quality throughout.

  1. 01

    We map the work

Volumes, channels, tooling and what good looks like. No guesswork on scope.

  2. 02

    We staff and train

We match pre-screened agents to your profile and train them on your product, not on a generic script.

  3. 03

    We run and report

Daily queues, weekly quality reviews and a monthly report you can take to your board.

Security and controls

What we commit to

Not projections. Commitments we write into the agreement.

An SLA per queue, agreed before we start. Turnaround and accuracy targets in writing, not implied.

Four-eyes checks on anything that touches money. Two people, every time — a second agent or the team lead assigned to your account.

Exceptions escalated with the file attached and the question already framed. You decide, you do not investigate.

A monthly report you can hand to finance without rewriting it first.

Questions

Common questions

Back office
How do you handle accuracy?

Sampled review on every queue and a second review on anything financial. We agree the accuracy target up front and report against it, including the months we miss.

What access do you need to our systems?

The minimum for the queue, on named accounts, logged and reviewed. Access is revoked the same day an agent leaves the account.

Our volumes swing a lot. Is that a problem?

No, it is the normal case. We size a base team and agree in advance how far it flexes, so a busy month does not become a renegotiation.

Send us your volumes and channels. We will come back with a staffing plan and a number, not a brochure.
